In 2006 the Design/Consulting Group was created to provide our clients with a network of unparalleled expertise to develop, design, coordinate, manage and complete projects both nationally and abroad. Commissioning KSA will avail your project, client and team to all the resources of our entire consulting group. We currently maintain offices in Indianapolis, Fort Lauderdale, Tampa Bay, Memphis, Atlanta, Camden, Seattle, Fairfax, The Americas, Europe and Asia. All projects, commercial and residential, are handled by the assigned design/consultant whether we are hired as an individual firm or as a team effort to insure each client is provided with one point of contact. Ken Schwartz established SSA Foodservice Consultants in 1987 in response to an industry need for professional, innovative and creative commercial foodservice design and consulting and is also the president of SSA. Ken literally grew up in the showroom and warehouse of a prominent Tampa food service equipment company founded in 1897 by his great-grandfather and has brought that experience to the consultant/designer arena. He has an extensive list of clients nationally and internationally and designed projects for theme restaurants, hotels, resorts, healthcare, marine, aviation, educational, casinos, criminal justice and religious facilities. Many of his projects have received design awards and recognition in numerous publications which inspires him and our group to stay on the cutting edge of design, trends and equipment in this rapidly expanding and ever changing foodservice industry. He is a recipient of the industry’s prestigious Young Lion Award and has been recognized as one of the top fifteen consultants in the world. Ken is a professional member of FIA.

| Space By Spielman, Ltd. is a full-service design firm specializing in foodservice and restaurant equipment design and application. Judy Spielman has over 30 years of experience, the last 23 as founder and president of Space By Spielman. She began her career in the foodservice design field during her senior year at Moore College of Art in Philadelphia, where she received a BA in Interior Design in 1981. The past 30 years have been filled with a vast array of projects including hotels, country clubs, hospitals, pizzerias, delicatessens, fast food chains and fine redstaurants. With her commercial art background and training, foodservice design allows her to be a regular guest lecturer on foodservice design issues at Temple University, Drexel University and The Restaurant School. The bulk of her business is generated by her association with foodservice dealers, archtiects and by recommendations from one restaurateur to another. The greatest compliment is to earn her client's repeat business. |
